Hacienda Riquelme property, both resales and bank repossessions, consist entirely of two bedroom apartments with views over communal swimming pools and the golf course.

 

 

Now is the time to consider investing at the resort of Hacienda Riquelme. Back in 2007 when Hacienda Riquelme was close to completion, off-plan property started at €180,000. Most of the resort, around 90% of all properties, had been sold to off-plan buyers.

 

Now the very same properties, the last ones on which many buyers were unable to complete payments on due to the credit crisis are being sold off by the banks for just under half their original price. Brand new completed properties on a completed resort with town centre facilities and superb golf course for under €90,000.

 

 

We have a selection of bank property repossessed from the developer Polaris World. A stock of 140 apartments in 2011 half of which has sold in the first six months of sales. Many of the best positioned properties, with good frontline golf views, close to swimming pools and south and west facing are going fast. There is still time to buy a half price golf property in Spain on this resort but when the stock is gone we are back to a resale market at Hacienda Riquelme where apartments are offered at perhaps 20% to 25% discount and not as much as the 50% currently available.

 

 

 

The bank repossessed property is offered with very favourable mortgage terms from CAM bank. Up to 90% mortgages are available for international buyers. Mortgage interest rates are around Euribor + 1% but can depend on the circumstances of the buyer and product taken with the bank. For example life insurance. Mortgages offered on the apartments at Riquelme can be up to 40 years or age 80.
